About the role
We are seeking Program Marketing Assistants to provide operational support for Hopscotch Health’s Diabetes + program. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to enrol patients for our program. You will work in the field, constantly interacting with patients to bring the product to life.
Commitment Level:
Part-time, 12 hours a week [3 Days in the field and 1 day in the office]
Key responsibilities:
Educate patients in the field about the Diabetes + program and guide them through the enrollment process
Conduct marketing efforts for the program at various medical camps
Make follow-up calls to patients to boost program registration
Conduct data entry of patient information into Google Sheets
Provide updates regarding outreach efforts and patient feedback
Perform other duties, as assigned
Does this sound like you?
Must-haves:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Well-versed with computers; should be quick to make entries on sheets
A stickler for the details
Ability to sit or stand for an extended period of time
Preferred:
Experience in marketing or promotional work
Duration: 1 year
Reporting to: Operations Specialist and Admin
Working Days:
Tuesday: 8:30 - 10:30 AM - at GSBS Mahim Centre
Thursday: 5 - 7 PM - at GSBS Mahim Centre
Saturday: 8:30 - 10:30 AM - at GSBS Mahim Centre /11 AM - 4:30 PM - at the Hopscotch Health office
