Program Monitoring & MIS Jobs in Mumbai - Arpan

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

(Monitoring - 60/70%):

1. Assist in design and development of M&E system
2. Develop and revise the M&E data collection tools as per requirements
3. Hold data quality assurance system, strengthen it and ensure quality data in MIS (offline and online)
4. Analyze programmatic data (qualitative & quantitative) and draft report based on it
5. Disseminate the evidence generated through programmatic data and other sources
6. Conduct pre-post quality data collection, compilation, and analysis
7. Develop training modules on the M&E system and the tools and give training to respective stakeholders
8. Facilitate programmatic reviews
9. Work on data provisioning to the other departments as per their requirement
10. Work in close coordination with different program teams
11. Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor
12. Work on field coordination during survey

Management Information Software (30/40%):

1. Conceptualize, and design MIS system for various programs in the organization
2. Develop the data collection tools and reports for the program monitoring
3. Develop a data quality control system for program monitoring and hold it in the routine data collection system
4. Coordinate with program teams and explore additional requirements of MIS development and then digitalize it
5. Extract data from the software and program MIS as and when it is required by any team members of the organization
