Job Overview:

Qualcomm's Engineering Analytical Applications team is looking for a Data Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience with Python & Big Data eco systems.
Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience with Big Data, Hadoop, MapR, Kafka, MapR, Mongo DB, Python Skill sets Must:
Strong programming knowledge with Python programming (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib)
Knowledge of shell scripting, awk, sed unix concepts.
Expertise with data reconcilation across multiple systems.
Expertise with selinium and java.
Exposure to different tools like JMeter, SOAP UI, Rest Clients etc
Knowledge of different types of enterprise systems, their interaction, boundaries within an enterprise, Integration patterns, lambda architecture etc.
WILLINGNESS to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
Must be willing to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.
Experience developing end to end validation frameworks for data pipelines
Ability to understand codebase (Java/Python) Desirable:
Experience with NoSQL and Hadoop eco system.
Ability to reverse engineer and understand large scale project codebase (Java/Python) Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience required."
