Your Role and Responsibilities
As a As a Business Operations Specialist, you are responsible for managing delivery operations of Security Services of client. Work with Delivery and Sales team to report on market financial and operational performance including trending metrics for revenue, profit, utilization, service offering performance and operating KPI’s.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Define and lead shared client delivery operations and work with/support market teams and resources.
  • WW Interlock supporting P&L execution of operating model and client management system, global programs / projects
  • Report on market financial and operational performance including trending metrics for revenue, profit, utilization, service offering performance and operating KPI’s
  • Support client leadership in executing weekly market reviews and other business cadence
  • Provide business analysis of client Market, identifying underlying performance drivers and trends, creating bridges, support forecasts, at all levels of the organization
  • Provide ad hoc business analysis related to client, financial, resources, partners, troubled accounts and other issues. Help define and action critical performance issues.
  • Develop and aid in the execution of annual and near-term profit and cost plans to drive attainment of Security Services financial targets
  • Help oversee client expense and cost performance including utilization and cost recovery, cost oversight, resources trending and cost deep dive analyses
  • Oversite of key business ops including SubK, Capex approvals, PO’s, P/AP incentives, MSS renewals.
  • Ensure and help run management system around Client billing
  • Drive global interlock and client specific portfolio management system, troubled contract reporting, actions and improvements
  • Undertake projects to support client senior management as required

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • At least 8+ years’ experience in IT project Administration.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal direction and maximum accountability.
  • Work in collaborative environments that use agile methodologies.
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Competence with Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal direction and maximum accountability.
