Job Description
- Controlling & monitoring projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional designs within approved budgets and given timelines
- Ensure that all project works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines & regulations
- Develop Architecture designs, drawings / plans in line with the clients needs, buildings / land usage and environmental impact all as per statutory regulations.
- Compile Project specifications and produce detailed Project Report
- Coordinate and liaise with Contractors and other related Vendors / Consultants for timely procurements and completion of projects
- Preparation of Bill of Quantity and Tender Documents based on approved drawing, designs & requirements of the Council
- Measurement checking for bills from different contractors / vendors and certifying the bills, Etc.
- Proven working experience of 3 to 7 years as an Architect for construction projects.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules & regulations and quality standards
- Have strong drawing and designing skills, Auto Cad, and familiar with latest design software
- Excellent Project management, planning, execution and monitoring skills
- Excellent communication skills with Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Excellent negotiation skill with contractors and other professionals.
- Bachelor of Architecture degree from reputed institute
- Computer Proficient with excellent MS office skills.
- Must be able to motivate and lead team of 4 to 5 support staff.
