Microelectronics/ Nanotechnology/ Materials Engg./Optics from a recognized
institute/ university or statutory body.
Desirable : M.Tech and M.Tech thesis in a discipline
relevant to the project. Prior experience in the areas of photovoltaics and
thin film technology will be beneficial.
Emoluments (INR) :
Rs. 25,000/-per month (Consolidated with no other allowance)
