Essential Qualification :B. Tech. in Food Technology/ Food Technology and Management/ Food and Fermentation Technology with minimum 60% marks OR M.Sc. with minimum 60% marks in Food Technology/Food Microbiology/ Food Biotechnology with demonstrable work/ publication in the field of food fermentation
Preferential Qualification: 1. M. Tech. in Food Technology/ Food Technology and Management/ Food and Fermentation Technology/ Biotechnology OR, M.Sc. with Ph.D. in Food Technology/Food Microbiology. 2. Demonstrable work/ publication in the field of food fermentation
