Qualification and desirable skills:BE/B Tech in Computer Science or Computer Applications or IT/MCA from a recognized University or equivalent; and (ii) 2 years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services

Desirable: Experience in Java 1.8 and above, J2EE, SQL Queries, implementing MVC Architecture using spring (3.1 & above) and Hibernate (4.2 & above) frameworks, Postgres database, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, Angular JS, Bootstrap, JQuery, JDBC, and RESTful. Exposure on working with JBoss & Tomcat server. Familiarity with IDEs such as NetBeans / Eclipse. Good understanding of objectoriented programming concepts, Data Modelling. Proficiency in SQL coding using procedures /Functions, cursors, triggers, and packages. Familiarity with concepts RESTful API Development and Integration. Hands-on experience in Database (Oracle/ EDB/ PostgreSQL /MySQL/ MSSQL) Administration. Exposure to any Web/Application server. Good Knowledge about Javascript, AJAX, JSON, jQuery. Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Age Limit: 35 years for Project Associate-II. The above age limits are relaxable for candidates of statutory groups as per CSIR/Govt. of India instructions on the subject.

Job Requirement: Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills; good organizational skills and ability to work as a part of a team.

Monthly emoluments:For Project Associate - II (i) Rs. 35,000/-+HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions (ii) Rs. 28 ,000/-+HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above
