Project Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
This is a position for Project Associate who oversees a number of key functions within the department that enable the delivery of a high - quality service to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. This person needs to collaborate closely with stakeholders, and will be required to establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the team to achieve those expectations to a high standard.

0 to 5 years of IT experience with minimum 1 years of relevant experience focused on Operations services.
Managing and maintaining the IT Service Management function and process artifacts as assigned such as within process areas including Incident, Request, Change, Release, Configuration, Problem and Knowledge Management.
Conducts analysis and process design to assure consistency in the IT service management (ITSM) strategy (leveraging IT Infrastructure Library [ITIL] v3 concepts), and coordinates with ITSM and IT infrastructure management processes.
Prepares and presents ITSM topics at team and department level.
Assigning tasks to technicians throughout each work day that are based on SLAs, technician availability, and the technician's skills.
Contribute to cross-functional teams to successfully assess and develop process solutions across various Business Units and GBS IT teams' requirements as required.
Desired Profile
Strong English written/verbal communications.
Experience with working in Managed Services Environment.
Strong Inter personal skills and organizational skills.
Self-motivated individual who works well within a team and mentors the team.
Willing to travel to customer sites across globe on a regular basis.
Self-driven & motivated. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Excellent Analytical skills.
Flexible to work in 24x7 Shift Rotation Environment on need basis.
ITIL certification would be preferable.
Presentation skills, Active listening, business writing
Excellent communication skills, collaboration with the global teams UML/Visio diagram

Junior consulting position for those who are continuing to develop their expertise. Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.
As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.
1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
