Project Assistant / Project Fellow Bioinformatics recruitment in Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune
Title of the Project : “Structural descriptors of protein-protein and protein-ligand binding sites and knowledge-based design of new interfaces and ligands” Project code 30713100.
Minimum educational Qualification: MSc in Bioinformatics with two years of experience in software development and web server creation and maintenance Preference Preference will be given to candidates with sound knowledge of structural biology. The candidate must be proficient at computer programming (preferably Python, C++, C programming). Additionally, the candidate should have advanced knowledge of MySQL / Oracle and be comfortable working with Linux and Unix platforms.
Consolidated emoluments :Starting from Rs. 16,000 + 30% HRA per month or Rs. 25,000 + 30% HRA per month based on academic qualification with CSIR-NET or equivalent examinations.
Age: Not more than 30 years
