Project Assistant/Research Associate-I /Project Assistant Computer Science job Position in CSIR-Traditional Knowledge Digital Library (CSIR-TKDL) on contract basis
Project Assistant – III (Information Technology) Code: TK01 /03 Posts
Qualification: Masters Degree./BE/B Tech in Computer Science/Computer Applications/IT with minimum 55% marks plus two years experience in software development OR M Tech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with minimum 55% marks
Desirable skills: Experience on one or more software products, viz Visual Basic, .Net, C#, MS-SQL Server 2008, 2012 or higher, Asp, Java Script, VB Script, IIS, working knowledge of database design, web enable applications and portal designing OR Experience on one or more software products viz Core Java, J2EE, EJB, Enterprise Java Beans, Enterprise Java, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Maven, Rest, SOAP and any IDE like Eclipse/NetBeans/ IntelliJ IDEA, working knowledge of database design, web enable applications and portal designing OR Experience in engineering, administering and managing multiple relational database flavors (e.g. Oracle, SQLServer, PostgreSQL, etc.) including experience in database migration

Qualification: Masters Degree./BE/B Tech in Computer Science/Computer Applications/IT with minimum 55% marks plus two years experience in networking OR M Tech in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with minimum 55% marks
Desirable skills: Experience in maintenance of Hardware/ Software/ Firewall administration, MCSE, CISCO certification, knowledge to understand scientific documentation, maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, application software and all configurations, administration and configuration of Storage Area Network (SAN). Experience in linux administration (Redhat, Centos, etc.), Web application security audit, security audit tools to analyze and review the web application security, vulnerabilities, threats and risk management. Check various web attacks and web applications for web attacks

Qualification: BAMS (Ayurveda) with minimum 55% marks
Essential: Fluency in reading and writing Malayalam
Remuneration/stipend payable: For Project Assistant – III: Rs. 28,000/ plus HRA as per rules For Research Associate-I: Rs. 36,000/- plus HRA as per rules
Age Limit: 35 years for both Project Assistant – III and Research Associate – I as on date of written test/interview.
