Project Associate Electronics recruitment at IIT Kanpur on contractual basis.
Project entitled: “Design & Development of Adaptive intelligent PHMR for fuel transportation systems MHRD (DST) UAY”.
Project Associate/1 Post
Minimum Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science & Engg.
Desirable Qualification: Must have excellent academic record with greater than 7.5 CPI or 75% marks in B.Tech from reputed Engineering College/ Institute. Must have good knowledge of Computer Languages C, Embedded C, Shell Script, Java and Python. Should have experience in the field of web development and maintenance, experience of relational/SQL databases like MySQL, SQL Server.
The applicant should have experience with CAD/ CAM software’s. Should have good experience on development board – Arduino, Raepberry Pi.Applicants with prior experience in LabView, MATLAB. The applicant should have experience with both Linux & Windows Environment,The applicant should be able to work in a dynamic environment with a passion to build new system technologies.
Salary: Rs. 18000-1500-45000
(Based on suitability of the candidate additional increments will be given at the time of appointment).

The SMSS lab at IIT Kanpur is looking for a Instrumentation Engineer to contribute to the lab research in design and analysis of mechanical systems. An ideal candidate will have the following: The candidate must have excellent academic record with greater than 7.5CPI or 75% marks in B.Tech from reputed Engineering College/ Institute.Must have basic knowledge of Embedded C, Microcontroller firmware, and Python.Should have good experience on development boards like Arduino, Raepberry Pi and other open source IOT Development Boards,Hands on experience of Circuit schematic design, PCB fabrication, Proteus or Eagle Software.
Having experience on sensor interfacing on PVDF based touch sensor, Magnetic Flux leakage (MFL) based Hall sensor and Photo-interrupter based optical sensor, Pressure sensor & flow meter. Having experience on ESP module based communication system for real time data transfer system.Must be good in component selection and Data sheet Analysis for new development.
Salary: Rs. 18000-1500-45000 (Based on suitability of the candidate additional increments will be given at the time of appointment).
