Project : Integrating multiple proteomics database search algorithms in a unified framework for time efficient large scale analyses

2. No of Post: 01
3. Minimum Qualification and Experience:
i. For Project Associate-I: B. Tech/ M. Tech / M.Sc. in Bioinformatics OR Computer Science OR Associated fields, with knowledge of scripting language, preferably Perl, R or Python, knowledge of probability and Statistics.
ii. For Project Associate-II: In addition to PA-I requirements, should have two years relevant post qualification research experience.
4. Desirable Qualification & Experience: Proteomics data analysis, tool/ web server development
5. Monthly Emoluments: For Project Associate-II Rs. 28,000/- + HRA For Project Associate-I Rs. 25,000/- +HRA
Age Limit:35 years
