Job Description
- Project Associate (Subject: Maths, Science and English)
- Job Profile:
- Work with selected government schools (1st – 12th classes) to support teachers and students in strengthening teaching learning processes.
- Facilitate workshops to be organized with subject experts and teachers at block level / district level.
- Objective of the these workshops will be to empower teachers on basic nature of the subject, concepts included at upper primary / secondary level and on the appropriate pedagogy for effective teaching learning processes and better outcome of the children.
- Networking with government, cluster or nodal centres / block / district / state and others having concern in education.
- Take part in research, advocacy and material
development activities of the organisation.
- Post Graduate in the concerned subject.
- Desirable: M.Ed. / Ph.D. / working experience in project
related to school education. Relevant Teaching / Training / Research
experienced will be preferred.
- Rs. 45,000 + PF +

CERP’s overall work is aimed at improvement in teaching –learning practices at school level.
CERP is partnering with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai in the implementation of Connected Learning Initiative (CLIx) programme in Rajasthan state. The initiative incorporates thoughtful pedagogical design and leverages contemporary technology including online capabilities to provide quality educational content and experiences in Maths, Science and English subjects at Secondary level. The initiative will emphasize conceptual learning through authentic and active learning. In addition to this, CERP is associated with various educational institutions at state and national level and undertaken education related projects.
