2. Positions: Project Associate - ll Anthropology
3. Qualification: Master's Degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Political Science and related social and behavioural sciences. Two Years of field-oriented research activities preferably in ethnographic research and experience of conducting social science research using qualitative data. Good written and verbal communication is Pessential, UGC JRF/NET qualification and publications.
4. Monthly emoluments: Rs.35,000/- + HRA Per month Rs.28,000/- + HRA Per month for those who do not possess the qualifications as (iv) above

The institute attained the status of a college in the year 1903 (01.10.1903), when it started functioning at Dobbin Hall, Chennai and admitted 20 students for a three-year diploma course called GMVC (Graduate of Madras Veterinary College).
