Qualification Details :

Position – Executive (Technical) - A

Engineering Graduates (Mechanical/Electrical) : Engineering Graduates(Mech/Ele) having minimum 60% and above marks

Remuneration : Rs.13000/- pm and Rs.13500/-

Senior Associate - B

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical) : Diploma holders(Mech/Ele) having 60% and above marks

Remuneration : Rs.9700/- pm and Rs.10200/-

Junior Associate

Technically Qualified NAC/ITI holders : ITI holders in relevant field having 60% and above marks

Remuneration : Rs.8000/- pm and Rs.8500/

Executive

Graduate with Professional Qualification : MBA in HR or Operations with 60% and above marks

Remuneration : Rs.10000/- pm and Rs.10500/

Experience : One year apprentice training in HMT or from any other reputed organization or having one year working experience in any reputed organization in relevant field

Age : 30 years as on 01.01.2018

Selection Process : The selection for Technically Qualified NAC/ITI holders - Junior Associate A is based on practical test & interview and all other categories will be based on the academic excellence , experience and marks obtained in the interview
