Project Associate - QA
Job Description
Starkflow is building a talent acquisition platform for which we need a Project Associate (QA) to ensure the readiness of market and production of software. An Associate who can also ensure the smoothness in process by checking on the quality of releases.
The work:
● We need a thought chef who can cook the best recipes for process improvements across groups.
● He/she needs to have a knack for cleanliness as this task would involve bug killing and thorough regression testing (recording and documentation goes without saying).
● Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
● He/she should be a person who can record, observe and report, any kind of issues that come up; just like a food critic.
● An excellent pre-emptor for test case making and user stories curation.
The right fit:
- BE/B.tech in Computer Science/ IT/other related fields.
- Experience with wire-framing: Adobe XD or Figma.
- Well versed with Trello/Jira.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with Manual Testing.
- Experience with estimation of delivery time.
- Should have an idea about automating the testing process.
- Should know how to spec product documentation.
- Knowedge of how marketplaces function would be a big plus.
- Good with diagrams.
