- Hiring Project Associate
- To plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the projects and requirements of existing and potential client’s, while helping manage projects’ budget, schedule, and quality.
- Delivery of projects to client’s expectations, achieving targeted levels of profitability.
- Production of project schedules using Microsoft Project and updating and maintenance where required.
- Monitor timetables and milestones and collaborate with project teams to help ensure project deadlines and quality requirements are met.
- Send periodical reports to the Reporting Authority as per the agreed frequency and in the designed / customized format.
- Taking the overall responsibility and accountability at the project sites and ensures 100% accuracy of the assigned job by performing quality checks.
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. (Fresher’s )
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of clients’ trust and confidence.
- Ability to track multiple projects running in parallel.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
- GREAT attitude - test to break, detail orientation.
- Passion for testing.
- Software testing skills (Required).
- Manual testing, selenium testing (Required).
- Education Required: BSC Computer Science, Engineering in CSC, B.E
