About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate, control and monitor changes to the systems environment to ensure operational stability
2. Plan and execute service transitions as well as post transition activities
3. Confirm that there are defined service commitment points for each transition program
4. Track service readiness documents are created and accepted by stakeholders
5. Contribute to the up-front planning, scheduling, and successful deployment of releases
