Designation:Project Coordinator
Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 3 to 4 years of Experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
Timely Project Reporting
Coordination with Contractors, Customers, other Stakeholders and Site
Accurate financial management of the project budget, cashflow, Rev Rec
Assess financial and technical feasibility and put together a solution.
Build and Handle SAP (TRACES) related transactions and Document Archive for the
Project
Purchase requisitions, Purchase orders, invoices, Goods Receipt and Payments
Accurate financial management of the project budget, cash flow and revenue.

Assist in scoping of new projects and estimate costs.

Site visits as directed, and liaison with site managers in regards to administration issues.
Site Managers fully briefed on administration issues.
Increase system efficiency, by holding regular

Project Assistant meetings.
Presenting to the Steering Committee, as directed by
Project Manager.
Accurate and relevant presentations.
Customers
Positive client relationships.
Regular proactive contact with open communication.
Proactive client reporting, as per contract.
Accurate and timely reporting to client specification.
Client Invoicing. Accurate and timely with specific reporting to client needs and accurate document control.
Administration
General Purchasing, including order placement,tracking of orders and monitoring delivery.
Accurate order placement, ensuring timely delivery.
Filing and archiving. Accurate archiving and easy and timely retrieval.
Travel (including accommodation and transportation) bookings for site visitors, techs,
contractors etc.
Cost and time efficient travel planning.
Occupational Health & Safety across all sites to statutory and Vestas requirements.
Management of payment claims, cashflow,budgets, revenue, cost to complete.
SAP Project Builder and Billing Plan.
Safe workplace for all involved in the project.
Accurate and timely to project requirements.
Maintain up to date SAP Builder and Billing Planin formation ensuring correctness.Internal Reporting:
Weekly, Monthly and Yearly cash flow and revenue forecasting.
Accurate and timely.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly on time budgets, including variances and forecasting.
Accurate and timely.
Project progress reports, collated monthly and at milestones, variances to timeline and OH&S.
Accurate and timely.
Finance reporting, including expense, supplier and client invoice control, and insurance reports.
Collection of As Built information and time recording data for analysis
Accurate and timely.
NCR’s, replacing parts or rectification of issue,communication of completion.
Accurate and timely, maximizing credit opportunity.
