National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) invites application for the position Project Coordinator
Project: “Developing & Implementation in integrated mental health promotion services for youth through district empowerment centres in Karnataka”
No. of Post: 01
Qualification: MBBS/MPH/MD in Community Medicine/MSW/MSc Psychology/PSW/MPhil/PhD in Psychology or Psychiatric Social work. Candidates having published articles in peer reviewed journals are preferred. Candidates with work experience in counselling, training, conducting and reporting research are preferred. Working knowledge of computer and typing kannada and english are essential.
Nature of Work: Supervising and monitoring project staff on a daily basis. Scientific paper writing, modules development, IEC materials preparation, large data management, data analysis. transcription and translation from Kannada to English (vice versa). Further candidate need to have coordination skills to work with district and state Government administration. This role requires extensive travell across Karnataka
Salary: 60,000/- (consolidated) per month
Duration of Post: 06 months (Initial appointment is for 06 months based on performance, it is likely to extend further)
Age Limit: Maximum Age Limit 40 Years (Maximum)
