Project Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibility: Will be responsible for end to end management of the project.
- Primary Activities:
- Communicate with clients and should be able to analyse & evaluate their requirements Maintaining uninterrupted business (Customer satisfaction ensuring continual business) Allocate the IT, Healthcare translation files to respective teams preparing project proposals, cost estimates and budgets, timelines and schedules.
- Handle key/major projects on need basis and skilled in price negotiations
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor operational costs and resources
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Provide client support and handle client communications effectively
- Coach and support new and existing Project co-coordinators
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing a strategy
- Analyse and prepare MIS reports
- Good on communication
- Able to delegate the works according to priorities
- Problem-solving skills and maintaining confidentiality
- Good in leadership skills and team handling
- Able to participate in the Client-Vendor management
