Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand the typesetting work flow.
- Understand the author/publishers requirements.
- Understand the organization culture.
- Co-ordinate with all the departments
- Ability to communicate through e-mail
- Tracking daily/weekly status of ongoing projects.
- Coordinating across various teams (internal/client).
- Efficient follow-up with concerned teams for closure of any delivery requirement.
- Ready to work in Rotational shift timing (6: 00 A.M to 1:30 P.M) 1st Shift
- (1: 30 P.M to 8: 45 P.M)2nd Shift. ( No Night Shifts)
Required Candidate's Profile:
- Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- People with Email support/chat support would be an added advantage.
Required Qualification:
- BSC/BCA/B.E/B.Tech(IT,CSE,EEE,ECE,E&I)/MSC(without standing arrear)
