We are looking for enthusiastic people who are willing to work as Project Coordinator.
Job Description:

• Prepare scope of the project and project schedule, accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees.
  
• Making all necessary information available prior to the start of the project for its proper execution. Set responsibilities, outcomes & Time frame and implement the strategies for better result.
  
• Serving as a bridge between the clients and development team to produce outstanding results and ensure that projects are on schedule and on budget while keeping an eye on the overall quality of the projects.
  
• Communicate proactively with clients/colleague regarding any change in scope, timelines, resource requirements or other issues and manage client’s expectations.
  
• Coordinate and keeps track of all approvals with clients.
  
• Support Project Manager/Team Leader with the initial information gathering process and preparation for Kick Off meetings.
  
• Assisting the Project Manager/Team Leader in the daily activities.
  
• Day to day client interaction and keeps them updated regarding the progress and any other activity related to the project.
  
• Maintain long-lasting relationships
  
• Responsibility of updating and keeping a record/track of all payment related information of a project.
  
• Track progress on all open items and work towards completion and closure.
  
• Provide support to many existing clients globally by creating knowledge base for clients’ objectives
  
• Before finalizing any project it should be properly & accurately tested by the project coordinator.
  
• Recheck & verify that whether project is properly working after uploading the project on live sever or before finalizing it for clients review.
  
• Keep a record of completed project(Portfolio Management)
