JOB DESCRIPTION
- Job Title: Project Coordinator
- Qualifications: B. Tech/ B.sc (Math)
- Experience: 0.6 – 2 year
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: New Delhi
- Complete project coordination
- Travel bookings
- Coordination with site employees, HR, admin & accounts
- Maintain & record meetings, reports etc.
- Responsible for daily operations
- Analyze, monitor, prepare and present regular reports to management and clients.
- Creating price calculations & bill of quantity.
- Co-ordinations with other departments within the company and with site persons.
- Follow up correspondence and contracts with clients.
- Discussing and solving problems in co-ordination with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and clients.
- Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
