Job Description :
1. Preparation of planning & execution sheet and monitoring the progress of the project & requirement of the client.
2. Tracking of Procurement & manufacturing status.
3. Visit to vendor works for manufacturing acceleration and quality check.
4. Preparation of inspection report and submission to customer to get the Dispatch Clearance.
5. Coordination with customer and internal team for dispatch activity
6. Frequent travel at different site locations in Rajasthan State to meet with customer
7. Coordination with customer for Material Receipt Clearance from each site.
8. Coordination with internal finance team for invoicing & other dispatch document preparation.
9. Submission of Invoice to Customer and responsible for payment collection.
10. Coordinate with site team to define the measurement point of commissioning completion and submit the same to customer for payment process.
11. Reconciliation of Invoices and submission of report to customer timely
12. Material management
13. Verification of contractor`s bill as per site verification report & issued PO.
14. Maintain strong customer relational and communication skills
15. Identify the EHS requirement as per GE guidelines
