About profile(Project Coordinator)

• As a part of the Coordination team, you will drive the communication between Uniserved and our partners, following up with the partner and their field engineers continuously until the work is completed as per the schedule.
  
• For example,we take up a lot of projects on installation of servers, storage, wifi, CCTV or any such technology infrastructure deployments  in different regions.  
• You will engage with the on-ground execution partners to deliver required services in the agreed time frame. 
• Any challenges to the above will be communicated to seniors and any bottlenecks to be discussed and resolved between to get the work completed on time. 
  

• Effective delivery of the scope by partner on scheduled time.
  
• Daily progress reporting using in-house tools, with Project managers kept in loop for any challenge areas. 
  
• Immediate preventive action for any ground challenges which will affect delivery time or quality.
  
• Assess possibility of selected vendor not reaching on time and activate backup partners if necessary.
  
• Check availability of any specialised tools/ software needed for the job and ensuring partner has tested them and is carrying them to site.
  
• Keep  permissions available in advance, if needed for the project.
  
• If there are dependencies on any other hardware, we have to ensure the same is available on site.
  
• If the partner has a habit of not turning up on time, we have to change the partner with a warning about business loss.
  

• Scope of work of the project ,skills and tools required, commercials and payment terms will be explained to you.
  
•  You need to identify and allocate task to the appropriate vendor for the ticket after validation from the technical lead.
  
• You need to schedule the ticket according to requirement of client.
  
• Next you need to  to follow-up with the vendor to follow the schedule.
  
• Guide the vendor during the activity and support him for any challenges.
  
• Complete the paperwork and/or collect required photos as proof of completion of ticket.
  
• Get the invoicing process completed by the vendor and update the portal with required information.
