Job Description

Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Location : New Friends Colony, New Delhi

Experience : 2-5 yrs

Salary : 30-65k pm

Employment type : full_time

Qualification : B.Tech or similar

Responsibilities :

  • Should have Strong Technical Knowledge in the IT field.
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Manage the Central Database Repository for all Projects within the scope of the Project/Program assigned
  • Gather and compile data required for presentation as well as prepare presentation documents/material
  • Assist the Sr. technical person with the preparation of project meetings e.g. scheduling,
  • Assist with the preparation of material for the integration of new team members

Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator/Manager
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
