Job Description
Post: Project Engineer / Project Manager (Power Transmission Line)
- Experience: 3-10 years Location: Himachal Pradesh
- Qualification: B.E./Diploma – Electrical/Civil Salary CTC: As per the candidates experience up to 6 Lacs pa.
Job Responsibilities:
- 1) Transmission Line site execution up to 220 KV which includes tower foundations and stringing.
- 2) Planning and forecasting of resource requirements i.e. material requirement, manpower requirement, equipment requirement, etc.
- 3) Budget planning, execution and preparation of work measurements (JMC’s) and bill preparations.
- 4) Keeping track of cost variations and analysing the reasons for these variances; present the cost variations to the senior management.
- 5) Planning meetings and technical activities at site with proper co-ordination among all the stakeholders.
- 6) Understanding of engineering drawings and documents.
- 7) Project management and vendor development skills.
- 8) Monitoring progress of site activities and cost control of project.
- 9) Pro-active in handling of Techno-Commercial ROW issues.
- 10) Interact with local bodies and client to ensure smooth execution of the project.
