Project Fellow Job Opportunity in Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalay on purely Contractual basic
Project: "Promotion of Integrated Farming with introduction of organic farming concept and mushroom cultivation and its value addition in North Bengal through establishment of rural Rio-resource Flubs with biotechnological applications"
Essential: M.Sc. in Bioscience with NET qualified.
Desirable Qualification: Specialization in Fishery or Aquaculture with good knowledge of MS office.

Nationality/Age: Indian nationals with the following age limits are eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Age should be below 40 years as on 01.01.2018 (age relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST). Further age relaxation may be given to the candidates with experience in such type of project/ programme.
Tenure: up to 301k September, 2021 or date of completion of project whichever is earlier.
Remuneration: Fellowship of Rs. 25000/- + 10% HRA per month for first two years and Rs. 28000/- + 10% HRA per month for Third year
Note: Preference will be given to higher qualification/experience *Mere possession of minimum qualification shall not make a candidate selected to the posts. *The selection committee's decision will be final when binding in all respects. *The Viswavidyalaya reserves the right to select anybody as recommended by the selection committee.
Selection Procedure: Applicants have to appear in person before a selection committee for a walk-in-interview at the chamber of The Director of Research, Uttar Bangs Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Pundibari, Cooch Behar. Preference will be given to those candidates whose research interest and work experience has relevance to the mandate of the Project. The selected candidate will be offered Fellowship/ remuneration as furnished above. The above positions are purely temporary on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project. There is no provision of re-employment after termination of the project. Candidate should not have any type of conviction in the court anywhere in India.
