Name of the Research Project : “Effect of interface, strain and phonon confinement on thermal conductivity and Thermoelectric efficiency of GaN/InGaN/GaN Superlattices ”
Essential Qualifications and experience : M. Sc( Physics) NET, GATE or JEST qualified candidates will be preferred. ( according to SERB,DST GOI)
Desirable Qualifications/ Experiences : M. Tech.
Consolidated monthly Fellowship : Rs. 25,000/- ( plus HRA) ( according to SERB,DST GOI)
Tenure of the Project : 03 Years
