Title of the Research Project: “Low temperature growth of carbonaceous heterostructure for magnetic and thermal application”
Number of positions available: One
Qualifications: Essential: 1. M. Sc. /M. Tech. degree in Chemistry/Physics/Electronic-engineering (Having knowledge/interest in VLSI designing and MEMS fabrication)/Material science/Nanoscience and Nanotechnology
Qualified: CSIR or UGC-NET/GATE/JEST/DST-INSPIRE National Level qualifying examination.
Desirable: Research experience in analytical techniques/nanoscience/electronics/material chemistry/device fabrication is preferred.
Age limit: The upper age limit for applying for the award of JRF shall be 28 years
Salary: Rs. 31000/- (pm) + HRA 16% (JRF)
