About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on policies, procedures, and processes documentation
2. Working on process templates repository library management
3. Tracking and reviewing project progress
4. Working on project artifacts and documentation maintenance
5. Assisting project team members in project management
6. Working on periodic stakeholders communications
7. Publishing of internal and external status updates & reports
8. Setting up and enabling of meetings and reminders
9. Working on periodic updates and controlling of resources inventory
10. Facilitating project teams entry, exit, and allocations
11. Maintaining bookkeeping and record-keeping activities
12. Ensuring across project team follows process discipline & uniformity
13. Working on periodic project team timesheets review and control validations
14. Handling overall tasks management relevant to PMO processes
15. Handling internal project audits
