SpiderG provides a digital solution to help businesses in collecting and disbursing payments on time from a single platform. We take care of complete payments, reconciliation, and record-keeping through our easy-to-use and efficient app. We also feature smart dashboards and informative reports. Our target market is SMEs and startups in India. SpiderG helps entrepreneurs send automated recurring invoices with a payment link, receive online payments for invoices, and make payments for salaries, reimbursements, and vendor bills. All accounts are reconciled in real-time with reports and dashboards.
About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Operate as the lead point of contact for any matter specific to your accounts and for all client account management
2. Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
3. Forecast and track client account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
4. Manage projects within client relationships and work to carry out client goals while meeting the companies
5. Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
6. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors
7. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
8. Cater multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
9. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
