Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take full and direct responsibility to support to manage all aspects of assigned projects from initial stages of contract award and negotiation through completion
2. Ensure adherence to project contract negotiation process and respective checklist
3. Ensure smooth transition of awarded projects from business development to project management under the supervision of the PM
4. Provide assistance to ensure projects run on time and budget
5. Use critical judgment in the development of all project deliverables
6. Ensure quality and timely submission of all project deliverables and documentation as assigned by the PM
7. Proactively communicate with experts, clients, and all other relevant stakeholders for each assigned project as directed by the PM
8. Attend meetings with clients and other relevant stakeholders as appropriate
