Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on helping in removing the impediment and planning and setting up agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily scrum, retrospective, etc.
2. Work on acting as a servant leader including facilitation, situational awareness, and conflict resolution
3. Work on facilitating daily stand-ups, to monitor sprint progress
4. Work on coaching and mentoring the business delivery team in agile frameworks and principles and fostering the team's ability to self-organize
5. Work on mediating conflicts to assist the team in making decisions
6. Work on removing sprint roadblocks and facilitating solution development with the team
7. Work on understanding the situation, the client's tone, and being able to reciprocate in the most appropriate and responsible way possible
8. Work on keeping an eye on details in terms of documentation and gathering client requirements
9. Work on supporting a culture of continuous process improvement through sprint retrospectives and key indicators around team performance
10. Work on ensuring clear communication and organization of all strategic and business delivery team goals
11. Work on promoting transparency and team empowerment across teams
