5. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
6. Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve
7. Analyze risks and opportunities
8. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
9. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
10. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
11. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
12. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
13. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
14. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
15. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
