Communication with estimating before, during and after project close
Review plans and proposals to determine time frame, procedures, staffing requirements, and resources
Monitor and report project costs and schedule performance until the completion of projects up to the point of construction
Responsible for analyzing, monitoring and preparing cost exposure reports and cash flow projections
Maintain comprehensive budgets
Complete various projects on schedule and within budget
Advise management on all project-related issues
Ability to interact with management, consultants and contractors
Assists in the preparation of estimates and engineering analysis
Assists in the preparation of reports that detail the status of the project
Assist in the development of solutions for design and configuration of the project
Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure timely completion and close out
Other duties assigned as needed.
