- This role has sole responsibility for end to end delivery for multiple simultaneously running projects/engagements being executed from India Office, it includes accountability for all aspects of plan, deliver and operate, including direction and integration of Product owners, onshore Program Managers, employees and 3rd party agencies for successful portfolio delivery
- Plan, provide and manage resources for all projects across all tracks being run from India Office
- Accountable for the scope, schedule, quality and budget of the portfolio inclusive of scope definition, requirements, estimates and documentation like proposals, SOW and implementation of the same.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring resource utilization and regular reporting to CEO to identify opportunity to invest or ramp-down if required.
- Primary point of contact from India location for delivery heads of other locations to ensure right and timely information is shared with counterparts.
- Responsible for engagement with CEO, CTO to create and enhance right level of expertise and services in the organization.
- Collaborate with CEO, CTO to identify opportunities and risks to delivering the organization services to clients or onshore counterparts inclusive of technology and resourcing.
- Participate in all business development and planning discussions for the portfolio being executed from India based on understanding of skills, competencies and capabilities of the team as well as the priorities.
- Responsibility of planning, execution and delivery of developments/enhancements as per the committed releases, dates and with expected quality levels.
- Planning and managing project deliverables at the strategic and tactical levels
- Managing and reporting on project timelines, deliverables.
- Responsible for the day to day project delivery from the Offshore Delivery organization
- Ensure all projects are properly delivered with the agreed quality standards: documentations, quality checks, execution of standard processes, use of standard tools and software
- Lead end-to-end life cycle of the project, starting from pre-sales, solution design, deployment, testing
- Analyse requirements , interfaces , effort estimation for system integration / customizations / development
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and budget in terms of predefined time frames
- Enhance the visibility of the quality of the services delivered inside the company and to final customers.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, software engineering, science or a related endeavour is required.
- 4 years of experience in managing Software Projects

- Attend the conference calls with our clients
- Understand the client deliverables and closely work with development team
- Provide status reports
- Monitor the development deliverables and get the demos from the individual developers
- Thorough knowledge in our software product suite
- Manage the daily stand up calls
- Review Service Now(Project Management Tool)
