Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders as required to ensure smooth execution of programs
Documenting periodic status reports and dashboards
Writing SOW and periodic billing to customers
Continuous process improvements, DevOps, Automation, Performance engineering
Mentoring teams, employee engagement, etc.
Development Experience - Desirable
Experience in Program management of development projects
Experience in Complex Customer Handling, Vendor Management, etc.
