Job Description:
- Should have 8 to 12 yrs of experience with minimum 2-3 yrs of relevant experience in Project Management.
- Should be very strong in Project Management.
- Career progression should be that of a Software Engineer, SSE, Tech Lead/Project Lead and then into Project Management (Technology is not a constraint).
- PMP or Scrum Master Certification(not just trained).
- Should have done two implementations at least(full cycle).
- Should have handled minimum three projects at any given point of time OR should have handled one larger project(more than $10 million in revenue).
- Should have excellent client management skills and communication skills.
- Extensive experience creating WBS and breaking down the activities.
- Ability to liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery timelines adhere.
- Tight control on RAG(Red Amber Green) status for all line items in the delivery.
- Experience in Project Management tools.
