Job Description

A senior level Program Manager to manage a critical project. Experience in end=to-end program and delivery management with experience in modernization of legacy systems

Technical Skills: Over 15 years of IT Project Management experience

Strong knowledge of Estimation methodologies and Quality management processes. Strong knowledge of Digital transformations for an Enterprise  Exposure to working on cloud compatible tools/technologies  End-to-end program and delivery management  Ensure program/project managers meet established schedules, help resolve technical and operational issues, and accomplishes delivery goals towards contract commitments

People care, including training, performance oversight, performance feedback, assessments, performance improvement planning & oversight  Work closely with the Client’s IT and business teams and constantly align the technology strategy to the business strategy – Work with Internal stakeholders to develop technology roadmap for client that aligns with the business strategy and delivers results.  At least 5+ years of experience in delivery of Modernization programs in Legacy/Mainframe Modernization, exposure to Cloud Migration  Should have executed at least one large scale modernization program, preferably mainframe modernization  Exposure to working on Modernization and cloud compatible tools/technologies Process Skills:  Service excellence

Ensure quality compliance at all levels  Focus on innovation and Value Adds;

Inculcate innovation culture  Ensure appropriate management of P&L to ensure profitable operations Behavioral Skills :  Working experience with Big 4 Consulting firms related to Portfolio/Program Management (PwC, Deloitte, EY and KPMG) will be an advantage . Certification:  Bachelor’s and or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management or a relevant field, Financial industry, digital agency, or similar experience preferred.
