Principal responsibilities:

• Develop plan for growth of industry training vertical, working with the senior management
  
• Responsible to deliver on plans, including P&L responsibility
  
• Converting overall plans into detailed implementation plans, with roles and responsibilities of various team members
  
• Monitoring, and guiding centre teams
  
• Guide and help Management to identify and implementing additional appropriate industrial training courses/models as per the industry need and financial feasibility
  
• Engagement with potential industry partners for forming various partnerships (for on-the-job training, placements, learn-and-earn programs, content sharing, joint certification, infrastructure sharing etc)
  
• Lead partnership efforts in development of content for various courses
  
• Supporting SPA team in engaging with government/other partners for funding, assessment, certification, etc of programs
  

• Monitoring Progress and controlling Resources.
  
• Track competitive activity and market trends and report findings to the Management on a regular basis.
  
• Maintain and enhance retention of clients.

• Postgraduate– Engineering/Technical Graduate preferred but not mandatory with 4-8 years of experience 
• Experience in the manufacturing sector or of managing vocational training center;if possible manufacturing-related training centers.
  
• Candidates with experience in reputed private industrial training organizations such as Nettur Technical Training Foundation, George Telegraph etc. would be given priority
  
• Willing to travel extensively in rural areas
  
• Proficient in MS Office, Internet
  
• Highly performance oriented
  
• Excellent team player, with the ability works in a collaborative and consultative manner.Innovative, Assertive & persistent.
