- Experience in handling Wordpress/Joomla/PHP Projects
- Experience in interacting with international clients.
- Managing client portfolio and providing technical support
- Focus on strategic customers as a member of Enterprise Monkey team
- Developing and updating websites/applications for existing as well as new clients
- Ensuring technical information & recommendation addressing customer requirements accurately
- Working with peers in service & support to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
- Processing escalated/ complex cases sent by customers
- Identifying customers concerns and address to internal team
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple client/ partners, tasks and projects concurrently
- Prior experience in software programming/debugging
