Job Description

As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people, resources and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline

Role

Take complete ownership of the project through the product development process and SDLC
Based on business requirements prepare project scope, define project goals & objectives, estimate project resources (people and budget), outline technical tasks, review project feasibility and communicate with relevant stakeholders
Lead brainstorming sessions with team to identify project strategy, plans and processes
Identify, manage and minimize project risks by conducting standard RAID analysis
Estimate and optimize project related budgets, resources and skills
Develop a detailed project work-plan and track progress through the project lifecycle
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Must Have

5+ years hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
2+ years- experience as a project manager using agile methodologies in the information technology sector
Solid technical background and understanding of coding standards and guidelines
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Bitbucket, Visio, Draw.io
Refined client-facing and internal communication skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking in planning, designing, developing and delivering software systems
Exceptional management skills to collaborate across teams and to inspire talented engineering talent as a people manager in a software development organization.
