Job Description
- Team Lead does the entire client communication and keeps client very happy by providing 100% working solutions.
- Team Lead directly reports to the client.
- Should be able to manage his own and his team's work.
- Superb client management and delivery skills.
- Hands on the leader.
- Must be must to jump in and solve any issues the programming team is having.
- Perform Requirement analysis, Estimations and stick to timelines for all projects being upon.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Candidates must have experience in developing web applications using WordPress, PHP, and MySQL.
- Additional mandatory skills required are HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS and familiarity with PHP based frameworks.
- Communicate with International based clients via email, chat, and phone if needed.
- Manage multiple live projects.
- Very strong hands on Technical Leader.
- Must have developed large scale web based systems.
- Experience developing, debugging, and performance tuning WordPress plug-ins and themes.
- Strong HTML, JavaScript, and CSS development skills.
- Salary: Negotiable
