Job Title : Project Management Coordinator / Scrum Master

Job Description

In this role; you have the opportunity to work as a project coordinator for product or service solution which have a vital impact to UST business success.

Your responsibilities.

Support for Monitoring incoming work requests collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify needs; requirements and dependencies ; assist to negotiate timelines and schedule delivery
Supports team in project planning by defining and estimating work-break-downs including defining of tasks
Support for Planning and conducting Scrum meetings like sprint planning; daily stand up; test plan and test case reviews; sprint demos; retrospectives
Ensure all scrum activities are tracked and kept up-to-date and reported daily
Backlog maturity; continuously grooming and planning 3 sprints in advance
Monitor capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure balanced workloads; partner with team lead(s) to remediate resourcing risks
Prepare and Manage necessary trackers and dashboards applicable to the project.
Ensure effective use of project management tools and automation for effective project coordination
Work along with Project Manager/Program Manager on project connected activities

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in an Electronics / E&TC/Computer Science/IT Engineering discipline.
Minimum 6 - 8 years of total experience and Experience as a Scrum Master for at least 2 year for a software development team that followed Scrum principles; practices; and theory
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through on actions and deliverables
Expert in all Microsoft tools including Excel; PowerPoint; Projects; Word; Visio etc.
Strong communication skills; Excellent Team work and influential skills
Understanding of scaled Agile approaches
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Strong analytical skills; assertiveness; decisiveness; business-driven
PMI-ACP/PSM/Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.
