Project Manager Jobs - Kolkata - Placement leadership

Location – Kolkata, (East India)

Industry - Any industry (engineering /Solar industry preferred)

Qualification &Skill :-

• Post Graduation in Management (technical background education or work experience will be given extra credit)
• Relevant Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in Operations and managing projects
• Language – English (written and spoken) and Hindi /Bengali / Odiya and other Eastern Languages(Spoken)
• Excellent project management , communications, data and MIS skills.
• Should be open to travel neighboring districts and states;

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for company’s operations- project management , team management, budget and timelines
• Team Management- Planning and Monitoring. Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Drive the budget and key timelines of the project. Ensure that all project milestones delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects.
• Design and Implement the performance management system and MIS
• Implement the performance management system and culture as per the objective of the organization
• Implementing the monitoring mechanism and MIS to ensure that each parameter of KPI is constantly measured, reported, analyzed and improved

Salary - 15,000 – 25,000 p.m.

(Depending on previous experience, qualification, and skill) Above salaries may be revisited for exceptional candidates.
