Essential Qualifications & Experience: M Tech/M.E/M.Des. in relevant field.

B. Tech/B.E/MA/M.Sc/MCA/MBA or equivalent with minimum two years (PG in Science with NET or Graduation in Engg. relevant experience)+ 2 years.

Desirable: Applicant with atleast 1 year experience will be preferred. Applicant must have knowledge of materials involved in Lithium Ion battery fabrication and unit operations involved in battery manufacturing. Experience in coin and pouch cell fabrication will be desirable.

1) Should engage in optimization of the process for fabrication of Lithium Ion Pouch Cell.

2) Should be able to carry out unit operations for fabricating lithium ion pouch cell.

3) Should be able to operate various equipment involved in battery fabrication such as Vacuum mixer, casting machine, electrode cutting machine, ultrasonic wielding machine, calendaring machine, pouch forming machine, Glove box.

4) Responsible for the material characterisation of the casted electrodes and electrical characterisation of the fabricated Lithium Ion battery.

5) Must have thorough knowledge of various chemistries involved in making lithium ion batteries.

Pay Details: Level O3: Salary range from Rs.40000 to Rs 56000 + Rs.5000.00/- Out Of Campus Allowance (if applicable) p.m.
