The Minimalist - Project Manager - UI/UX Designing (1-6 yrs) Mumbai
  • Should have hands-on experience working in UI/UX Designing and Project Management
  • Ability to ideate from an initial concept and can see it through the design process to implementation
  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Project Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
  • Strong client- communication and negotiation skills
  • Work closely with the management team to improve existing processes and develops Project Management best practices and strategies
  • Builds roadmaps and leads the development of complex projects
  • Can lead and handle UI/UX team, track and improve performance of team members
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize projects while still maintaining perfect attention to details
  • Define, alter and enhance design processes whenever required
  • Decision making in the area of tools and frameworks
  • Interact with clients and collaborate with the UI/UX team to successfully deliver projects on time
  • Create project plan to ensure the milestones are met on a consistent basis
  • Manage project scope, goals, timelines and milestones (ref:hirist.com)
